AMBASSADOR REWARDS SCHEME
LATEST NEWS
  • Seetickets portal: log in here for Love Saves The Day and here for FORWARDS.

    Ambassador email address: ambassadors@lovesavestheday.org

WhatsApp group: Email ambassadors@lovesavestheday.org to be added

    Ambassador Drive folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JYa3CkZuVSnW8MQcWc16LJenq5YFgyBM?usp=sharing

  • When you sign up to be an Ambassador, you get to earn points selling tickets for our shows and events! We will add shorter runs occasionally through the year, but our two constant sign-ups are Love Saves The Day and FORWARDS

We’ll announce any new shows you can sign up for and bonus point opportunities in our WhatsApp Group and mailers - email ambassadors@lovesavestheday.org to be added!

Selling day tickets to our events gets you 1 point, and selling weekend tickets earns 2 points. You can sell through your own socials by sharing your unique link, which will be available on your Portal homepage under your points total.

We regularly update assets for you to share, and make them available in the Ambassador Google Drive. Need help with assets or want to request a different format? Just let us know!

  • Yes! We sell our events on a first come-first served ticket tier model, meaning the earlier people buy tickets, the cheaper they’ll be. Ambassador tickets are exactly the same as general tickets, but are sold at a tier behind the general sale price, so your tickets will always be slightly cheaper!

  • Head to the Meet The Team tab to get to know your Ambassador Team. Pete and Vander, Ambassador Team Leaders, work for Team Love and manage the scheme. Sar, Jack, and Lori are Senior Ambassadors and have a combined 17 years of experience between them!

When you email ambassadors@lovesavestheday.org, or message our Instagram page, you’ll get through to Vander or Pete, but if it’s a quick question then consider joining the Team Love Ticket Ambassador WhatsApp group. The Ambassador team are all in there, plus other Ambassadors who might have already asked the same question!

  • Head to the dashboard page and check below your points total. There are links there for currently available events. If you’ve signed up for an event that’s currently selling tickets but isn’t on that list, please email us to double check! You can click on each event listed to get your Unique link. Send your Unique link to friends and family to sell tickets.

We have had reports of a cookies issue with SeeTickets website which means that if someone has looked at the event previously, it may redirect them away from your link. We’ve found this tends to happen less when links are sent by text, WhatsApp, iMessage or messenger rather than shared directly to stories or linked in comment sections. You can also make sure the ticket options users are seeing say “Ambassador” on them, and recommend people open the link in an incognito browser if not.

  • We aim to make Ambassador tickets available in line with the general release for each event, but sometimes it takes a little longer to get everything set up. You might miss out on the odd Loyalty flash sale but we’ve found the more time people have, the better, so we usually aim for September release for Love Saves, and February release for FORWARDS. This is subject to change, so make sure you’re signed up to our WhatsApp/mailing list and following our Instagram for any announcements. We post any news there for lineup announcements, ticket tier increases, and marketing events/pop-ups before we announce to the general public.

  • For our larger festivals, you’ll earn one point per day ticket sold, and two points for each weekend ticket sold. For standalone events, it’s one point per ticket sold.

6 for 5 Group Deal tickets still count as individual tickets, so one Saturday Group Deal = 6 points, one Weekend Group Deal = 12 points.

Please be aware, tickets purchased on payment plans won’t count towards your points total until the payment plan is completed - the sale needs to be fully paid off before the points can be added.

We’ll also have various bonus point opportunities that usually get you one or two points, but those will be stated each time.

  • Think you’ve sold more than your points are showing? There’s a few possible causes.

First, the Portal points totals are manually updated - we get sent a list of all sales made by each Ambassador, and we go through to match them up. This usually happens on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, but depending on absence, site hours and other circumstances it may occasionally change. If you made a sale over the weekend, it won’t be counted until we’re in the office on Monday. Points are updated first thing in the morning, so if you make a sale in the afternoon it also won’t be counted until the next working day.

Waited til Monday and still not right? Log in to your SeeTickets rep page for Love Saves The Day and FORWARDS. You should be able to see a list of completed, successful sales made for each event. If this doesn’t match your total, send screenshots to ambassadors@lovesavestheday.org and we’ll check we’ve been given the matching total.

If you know you’ve made a sale that isn’t showing on your SeeTickets rep page, this is usually because the order is being paid for on an Instalment Plan. Points aren’t credited until the Instalment Plan is successfully completed. Try and find out if the missing sale was on an Instalment Plan and, if not or if you can’t, send us an email. If possible, provide the email address, full name and/or order number of the missing purchase, so we can check what’s happened.

  • Bonus points opportunities will come up through the year in the form of secret missions (tasks to do, social media posts to interact with), double points weeks (where we give you 2 points for every point earned on a specific event in a specific timeframe), and research (surveys and polls). These will be announced in the WhatsApp Group, mailers and Instagram page.

  • Your SeeTickets rep logins for each event will list all sales successfully completed for that event. You can log in here for Love Saves The Day and here for FORWARDS.

The Team Love Portal is the only place you’ll get all your links for Team Love events, and it’s where you can spend points on rewards like tickets to festivals, food and drink tokens, and merch.

  • Confirming shop purchases is a manual process system.  This means that, once you make a purchase, we go through and send you an email to confirm your purchase was successful. This usually happens on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, but depending on absence, site hours and other circumstances it may occasionally change - usually it will become more frequent, but there may be times where confirmation is delayed!

Your confirmation email will list the purchase made and points cost. If we need any additional information we will ask for you to clarify (e.g. which day of a multi-day festival are you requesting), but if not then you don’t need to do anything.

When (roughly) to expect your reward items:

    • Tickets to Team Love events - These are sent out in the week before the event, regardless of when you made the points shop purchase.

    • Food and drinks tokens or area +1s -  These need to be collected from a designated location in the festival site, which we’ll let you know ahead of time.

    • Tickets to non-Team Love events - You’ll be emailed by the guestlist team for the requested festival about a week prior to the event. If you don’t hear by the week of your event, let us know and we’ll chase it up for you.

    • Merchandise like T-shirts, water bottles, etc - Unless specified otherwise, we will post these to you after your purchase.

    • Any other rewards - we’ll let you know in your confirmation email.

You might want to keep a running total of all your shop orders - either save your confirmation emails in a label/folder, or keep it in your notes app! We do our best to keep the shop correct but bugs can happen and purchases can get missed, so double checking (especially if you’ve made a lot of purchases) is a good plan.

  • These rewards work by us calling in our favours and network connections to secure guestlist tickets. Because of this strategy, you need to tell us where you’re interested in.

Send us an email before you buy the reward, confirming which festival and if you want a specific day or period, and we’ll reach out to that festival’s production team to see what we can organise.

Once we know for sure, we’ll confirm and ask you to buy the reward from the shop.

We can’t guarantee a maximum number of slots available as often it depends on tickets sold, but usually we can accommodate up to four requests per festival.

The only festival that we definitely can’t do is Glastonbury. Boomtown tickets are usually available, but these always go very quickly. We recommend emailing as early as possible to check eligibility.

  • Mostly! Rewards on offer will be added and removed based on availability through the year so it’s good to check regularly!

It will close a couple of days before both Love Saves and FORWARDS, and re-open after each event, so we can keep up with rewards purchased.

Any closures will be announced on our socials and mailer in plenty of time. It will also close for a period over Christmas/New Year, as there won’t be anyone in the office to process purchases/respond to any queries.

  • You’ll keep your points until we roll the scheme ahead of the Love Saves general ticket release each year. It happens at a different time each year, so we’ll announce ahead of time when this is happening, but usually this happens around December/January time. We can’t confirm yet if we’ll be rolling over any unspent points, so keep an eye out for social media announcements and mailers closer to the time as we’ll confirm all there!

  • When you use your points to get tickets for FORWARDS and Love Saves, these tickets will come with access to the Guest Bar area. This is a restricted area with additional seating, a quieter bar, and its own toilets that will be less busy than the main arena. Within the Guest Area, you’ll find the Ambassador tent - somewhere you can sit, chill, charge your phone or set as a meeting point with your friends.

If your friends are attending with tickets purchased with money (through your link or general release) they won’t automatically have access to the Guest Area. You’ll need to get the Ambassador Area +1 from the rewards shop which will upgrade their ticket to include this access.

From the points store? Entry + more. Ticket cost cash? Upgrade in a flash!
